Billing

The payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac, and PayPal. Please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance if your payment is declined.

Your original method of payment will be charged when your order has finished processing after 1-2 business days.

Shipping

We provide shipping to all areas in the United States.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes within the United States.

All domestic purchases will get free standard delivery from our company. Orders that choose for expedited shipment are given an additional price that is calculated depending on the service chosen.

Estimated delivery time and cost will vary by location of purchase. All orders require 1-2 business days to be processed. After processing, orders placed within the United States can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days with standard shipping or 2-4 business days with expedited shipping.

After shipping, you may track your purchase. Once your purchase ships, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking link. The site lets you check your shipment's progress and sign up for SMS updates. Carrier details usually take 1-2 business days. After delivery, you will get another email confirmation. Carriers can help you monitor your item by giving your tracking number on their website.

Within 1-2 business days, you may modify or cancel your purchase by using our contact page or contacting hello@soufpaw.us. Changes or cancellations submitted after the processing period are not guaranteed, and we cannot divert shipments once they leave our warehouse.

You can change your shipping address by filling out a form on our contact page or sending us an email at hello@soufpaw.us within 1-2 business days. Changes asked for later cannot be guaranteed because our processing time has passed and we can't make adjustments to shipments which have already left our warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused, unworn products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. After your return or exchange has been completed, you'll get a prepaid return label and a reimbursement to your original mode of payment. Shipping expenses (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Unused products purchased within the United States can be exchanged within 30 days of your order's arrival by clicking here.

All of our products are protected by a lifetime warranty. Products that are not performing as intended are eligible for replacement free of charge by submitting a form through our contact page or emailing us a hello@soufpaw.us.

You can place a return or exchange within 30 days of your order's arrival by clicking here. After your return or exchange has been processed, you will receive a prepaid return label and a refund to your original method of payment if applicable.

If you receive a product that you did not order, click here within 30 days of your order's arrival to initiate a return. All products must be in the condition they arrived in. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged after arrival will not be accepted.
